Fresh produce from our organic Mad Rose Ranch anchors each plate, alongside ingredients sourced from the city’s top purveyors. With availability and peak flavor guiding our choices, the menu shifts several times a week—always offering something new to discover.
These plates are meant to complement the wines of the Rosenthal Wine Merchant portfolio, which is focused on small, family-run estates across Europe. Each bottle reflects a deep connection to terroir and tradition, making our intimate West Village wine bar a place where food and wine truly meet.
CHEESE PROGRAM
We partner with renowned specialists like Rubiner's Cheesemongers to bring you a weekly selection of exceptional cheeses. Each featured cheese is complemented by a curated array of artisanal products from our partners at Mad Rose Specialty Foods, including Montevertine Agretto vinegar and exclusive artisan honey from their portfolio.
DAILY OLIVE OIL
Our freshly baked bread is served alongside a thoughtfully chosen olive oil from the Mad Rose Foods collection. Whether it's a rich Ligurian oil from the Armatos, a delicate Orgolio from Tuscany, or a bold Umbrian variety from the Bea Estate, we invite you to explore the unique flavors of their olive oil selection with every bite. Our wine program reflects the Rosenthal family’s commitment to authenticity, heritage, and the land. Curated by Neal Rosenthal, it features selections from family-run domaines and multi-generational estates in the Rosenthal Wine Merchant portfolio. At Justine’s, terroir is our guiding philosophy, offering a journey through iconic regions like Burgundy, Piedmont, and the Jura, perfectly paired with our seasonal cuisine to celebrate family, legacy, and the earth’s connection to the table.
